Top 10 best Instagrammable cafes in Chelsea, London

Chelsea is known as London’s most prestigious area, where all the prettiest cafes, brunch places and restaurants are located. It is the area to come to if you are looking to have coffee in the most instagrammable cafes in London or just visit for the sake of getting a pretty picture. Here is the ultimate list of the top 10 cafes which you must visit to get that perfect Instagram shot.

1. L’Eto

L’Eto is a very homely and cute cafe on King’s road, serving cakes, salads and also brunch. Although small, the floral interior makes this cafe an ideal spot for a photo. Their cakes are not only delicious, but also incredibly Instagrammable, so you are guaranteed to walk away with a photograph to fill your Instagram feed with.

2. Elan cafe

Elan cafe London

Elan Cafe is unsurprisingly on every single list of Instagrammable cafes in London. When it opened a couple years ago, all the influencers and Instagrammers flocked here to take their shots within the pink interior. Their photos then went viral and everyone else wanted to do the same – hence giving this cafe its Instaworthy reputation from Instagram!

Depending on which branch you go to, each one has its own unique decorations. The one in Knightsbridge has a pink tree, a pink flower wall, and a very relatable neon sign neon sign, saying ‘Adventure awaits, but first, coffee’. All of these are perfect opportunities for anyone wanting to drink coffee and take pictures doing it.

3. Peggy Porschen

Just like Elan Cafe, Peggy Porschen is always full of Instagram influencers posing in front of it. This tells you a lot about its instaworthy nature!

There are 2 Peggy Porschens in Chelsea – the one pictures above is the original one on Ebury Street. Here is where you will find the famous pink exterior that you have probably already seen on Instagram. This one is better to go to if you want to get a picture outside only. However, I would recommend trying the cupcakes too.

The second one has recently opened on King’s Road and is slightly smaller, but you will still find the pink interior and the flower wall, and, of course, the pretty and delicious cupcakes.

4. The Ivy Chelsea

The Ivy Chelsea garden is probably the biggest and most popular photo spot in Chelsea. With its huge flower wall outside and a big space with a garden inside, the Ivy is perfect for an indulgent meal. You will need to make a reservation as it tends to get booked up very quickly. One things to be aware of is that it can be quite pricey, so if you are just going for the picture, it is probably best to take a picture just outside.

5. Maitre Choux

Maitre Choux also opened relatively recently on King’s Road. In case you haven’t heard of it, it is an eclair cafe serving eclairs of many different colours. Some are even covered in glitter, fruits, and anything and everything to make them look pretty!

Other than the eclairs, the King’s Road store also has – you guessed it – a flower wall! This will make the perfect backdrop for any picture.

6. Megan’s

Megan’s is one of the most popular brunch places in Chelsea. With its fairy lights combined with the avocados on toast aesthetic, it is very difficult to not be tempted to take lots of pictures here. The vibe is very cosy and homely, making it the ideal place for a girly brunch.

If you would rather visit in the evening, the cafe is turned into a Mediterranean restaurant. With the romantic vibes, it can also be a great place for a date. Either way, the perfect Instagram shot in guaranteed.

6. The Locals Chelsea

I love The Locals because it is so simple but the food is very aesthetic. The food is aimed towards healthy eating, and they put their own spin on brunch food. The cafe also has a very beautiful interior, decorated with plants and pretty lights. It is also, as the name suggests, mostly aimed at the locals. You will not find many tourists or visitors here from outside of Chelsea, so it is the perfect place to visit if you want to go where the locals are!

7. Matcha and beyond

Matcha and Beyond is one of my personal favourites because it is also the least popular instagrammable cafe on King’s Road.

The photo spot could not be more obvious – there is a cute neon sign saying “Matcha made in heaven”. It happens to be right above a sofa, almost as if they thought ahead bout the Instagram opportunity! And of course, the theme of this cafe is everything green.

8. Farm girl

Farm girl is an Australian inspired healthy eating cafe. The pink and cosy interior makes for a great picture spot, which is made even better by the multicoloured coffees they serve. Make sure to get the acai bowl for the most aesthetic photo.

9. Feya

Feya cafe is very similar to Elan with its decorations and interior. It has a pretty floral tree, some butterflies on the wall and pink pastel walls. They also serve some of the most beautiful lattes ever, to the point that some of the latte art is an elaborate paining! Check them out on Instagram for some inspiration.

10. Bluebird

Bluebird Chelsea is known as one of the most boogie hang out spots in Chelsea, but it is never included in the list of the most Instagrammable cafes of London. The outdoor garden is always very busy when the sun is out, but it is also very pretty and decorated with flowers – you will definitely be able to find a photo opportunity here!
